Bringing over 25 years of property management experience across Tennessee, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Her leadership is grounded in trust, integrity, and personal connection, with a belief that successful property management is built on strong relationships with residents, owners, and communities.

Mary Ann has held senior leadership roles including Regional, Senior, and Multisite Property Manager, overseeing high-profile developments with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, strategic decision-making, and large-scale multifamily renovations. Known for her operational excellence and attention to detail, she is dedicated to enhancing resident experiences while maximizing long-term property value.

Director of Assets

Abby serves as our Asset Manager of Operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property management and operational leadership. Her background includes directing large-scale renovation initiatives, executing successful lease-up strategies, overseeing build-to-rent developments, and working closely with ownership on new acquisitions and operational transitions. Abby is known for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams, implement effective training programs, and cultivate strong client relationships through strategic planning and consistent results.

Diane Carey-Stranko is the Director of Operations at Noble Trust Properties bringing more than 24 years of property management expertise across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Diane has built a career on elevating communities, strengthening teams, and driving operational excellence.

With extensive experience in multi-family housing, HOA communities, high-rise buildings, rent-controlled assets, commercial leasing, and property sales, Diane has held roles from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager before transitioning into high-level operational leadership. Diane attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, along with graduating from The New Jersey State Fire Academy. 

Diane holds both New Jersey and Tennessee real estate licenses. As Director of Operations, she channels her decades of experience into creating thriving communities, empowering staff, and driving the continued success and growth of Nobel Trust Properties.
